# Feature Guide: WhatsApp Number Validator

Welcome to **WA Work Flow!**\
We’re excited to introduce one of our most **powerful and time-saving tools — the WhatsApp Number Validator.**

This new feature allows you to **check whether a phone number is valid and available on WhatsApp** before you send a broadcast message. It ensures your campaigns are **more accurate, efficient, and cost-effective.**

#### **Step 1:**

Open the **WA Work Flow Extension.**

#### **Step 2:**

Go to the **Advanced Feature** section.\
A pop-up window will appear.

#### **Step 3:**

Click on **WhatsApp Number Validator** from the pop-up menu.

#### **Step 4:**

You’ll now see an option to **upload an Excel file** containing the phone numbers you want to validate.

Right below that, you’ll also find a link labeled **“Excel (sample)”** —\
click it to **download a sample format**.\
This sample will help you correctly organize your numbers for validation.

#### **Step 5:**

After preparing your Excel file, **upload it** into the validator.\
Then click on **“Validate & Download.”**\
The system will begin processing and verifying your numbers.

Once the validation is complete, your **report file will be downloaded automatically.**\
This report will clearly show:\
✅ Valid numbers available on WhatsApp\
❌ Invalid or inactive numbers

* Validate **small batches of 400–500 numbers** for faster results (within minutes).
* If you upload **1,000–3,000 numbers**, processing may take **1–3 hours**, depending on system load and network speed.
