# Feature Guide: WhatsApp Status Upload

Welcome to **WA Work Flow!**\
We’re thrilled to introduce a brand-new and powerful addition to your toolkit —\
the **Status Upload** feature.

With this update, you can now **upload or schedule your WhatsApp Status directly** using the **WA Work Flow Extension.**\
Whether you want to post instantly or plan your content ahead of time, this feature helps you stay consistent and save time.

✅ Instantly upload your WhatsApp Status (Text, Image, Video, or Audio).\
✅ Schedule your Status to be automatically posted at a specific time.\
✅ Repost your Status every 24 hours automatically.\
✅ Enable “Auto Send” if you missed your schedule — to ensure nothing is lost.

If you **schedule** a status, make sure both your\
**WA Work Flow Extension** and **WhatsApp Web** are **active**.\
This ensures that your scheduled status posts smoothly and on time.

### <mark style="color:green;">🧭 Step-by-Step Guide</mark>

#### **Step 1:**

Open your **WA Work Flow Extension.**

#### **Step 2:**

Click on the **“Status Upload”** button in the main menu.\
A form will appear on your screen.

#### <mark style="color:green;">Step 3: Fill in the Details</mark>

* **Status Name:** Enter a name for your status (for easy reference).
* **Status Type:** Choose your status format — **Text, Image, Video, or Audio.**
* **Content / File Upload:** Type your text or upload your media file.

#### <mark style="color:green;">Step 4: Schedule Your Status</mark>

You have two posting options:

* **Once:** Post your status one time only.
* **Repost Every 24 Hours:** Automatically re-upload your status daily.

Then, set your **desired schedule time.**

Enable **“Automatic send if schedule time has gone.”**\
This ensures your scheduled status is automatically sent if your extension was offline at the set time — perfect for backup reliability.
