How to Manage or Cancel Your Subscription

Welcome to the WA Workflow Extension knowledge base. This guide will walk you through the steps for managing or canceling your subscription to our service. Our plans are subscription-based, meaning they renew automatically based on the selected plan, with payments processed accordingly. If you need to cancel or update your subscription, follow the instructions below.


1. Manage or Cancel Your Subscription from the Extension.

1.1 Accessing Your Subscription Details

  • Open the WA Workflow Extension along with WhatsApp Web on your computer.

  • Within the extension, navigate to your profile by selecting the Profile option.

  • Here, you’ll find a section displaying your current plan details.

1.2 Managing Your Subscription

  • In your profile, click on your plan details. This will prompt a pop-up with detailed information about your subscription.

  • You’ll see a button labeled Manage Subscription. Click this button to proceed.

1.3 Viewing Billing Details and Canceling Subscription

  • A new tab will open, showing all your billing information.

  • In this new window, locate the Cancel Subscription button. Click this to initiate the cancellation process.

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation of your subscription.

1.4 Updating Payment Details

  • If you need to change your payment method or card details, scroll down to find the Add Payment Method option within the billing details page.

  • From here, you can update your card information for future payments.

2.Cancel a Subscription or Change the Payment Method from the Admin Panel

2.1 Log in to the Admin Panel

First, log in to the Admin Panel using your registered email ID.

⚠️ Important: Logging in with the registered email ID is mandatory. This helps the system easily locate and verify your license key.

2.2 Access the Dashboard

After a successful login, you will be redirected to the Dashboard of the Admin Panel.

2.3 Open the License Key Section

From the Dashboard, click on the License Key section. Here, you will see the complete history of all your license keys associated with your account.

2.4 Select the License Key to Manage

Find the license key for which you want to:

  • Cancel the subscription, or

  • Change the payment method

At the end of the selected license key, click on Manage Purchase.

You will now be redirected to a new page where you can:

  • View your subscription details

  • Cancel your active subscription

  • Update or change your payment method

Make the required changes and save them.

2.6 Update Email Address or Mobile Number (Billing Information)

If you entered an incorrect email address or mobile number, you can update it from this page.

  • After being redirected to the new page, scroll down

  • Go to the Billing Information section

  • Click on Update Information

  • Here, you can edit and manage all your billing details, including:

    • Email address

    • Mobile number

    • Other billing-related information

Make sure to save your changes after updating the information.

Quick Tips

  • Automatic Renewal: Remember, all plans are subscription-based and auto-renew unless canceled manually.

  • Reactivation: If you change your mind after canceling, you can reactivate your subscription at any time by returning to the billing section in your profile.
